الوصول المبكر الحصري لمستخدمي الإصدار التجريبي من رسائل Google إلى مدونة Gemini • iPhones in Canada

Google has recently introduced Gemini, its latest feature, which is now being rolled out to select users participating in the Google Messages beta program. If you’re curious about what Gemini has to offer, here’s a breakdown of what you need to know:

– To access Gemini, you must be a beta tester of Google Messages with RCS enabled and have a personal Google Account (age 18 and above, without Family Link).
– Eligible users should have English set as their language (with French available only in Canada) and reside in one of the 165+ specified countries. Additionally, you must own one of the following newer devices: Pixel 6 or later, Pixel Fold, Samsung Galaxy S22 or later, or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold.
– Once activated on your device, tapping the Start chat FAB (Floating Action Button) will reveal the Gemini contact option. You can customize bubble colors and engage in conversations over RCS, although end-to-end encryption is not available.
– Conversations facilitated through Gemini are exclusive 1:1 interactions powered by Language and Machine Learning (LLM). These conversations cannot be merged into other chats but allow for image uploads.
– Users can also utilize prompts or questions within Gemini for optimized responses. The feature includes Gemini Extensions that provide access to Workspace tools like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Maps, Flights, Hotels, and YouTube.
– Google has highlighted various use cases for Gemini such as reconnecting with friends, suggesting dinner menus, and generating conversation starters for social events.

Although reports indicate that Gemini is gradually rolling out to Google Messages beta testers only at this time, it’s an exciting new feature that offers a unique messaging experience. Stay tuned for more updates as Google continues to expand its capabilities!
