تطلق Google تصحيح Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3.1 لإصلاح الأخطاء لأجهزة Pixel

Google has released a patch for Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3, soon after it was launched only two weeks ago. It fixes a host of minor bugs that have been discovered on numerous devices. The patch, named Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3.1 (AP11.231215.009), targets the following devices: Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7a, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet. The patch is about 133MB in size and addresses issues with system stability, performance, connectivity, camera, and system accessibility.

Here is the full list of bug fixes in the changelog:
– Fixed issues opening overlays such as the Game Dashboard in landscape mode
– Addressed device unlocking failure with always-on display mode and fingerprint usage
– Solved unexpected expansion of height of Quick Settings dialog listing Bluetooth devices
– Corrected issues with the default search engine after cloud data restoration
– Fixed Quick Settings display area not updating after changes in accessibility settings
– Solved degraded audio quality during calls or audio recordings using the microphone
– Addressed inability to change device keyboard settings in some cases
– Fixed missing translations for various languages
– Corrected display issues for work profile icons when the work profile is paused
– Solved rendering issues with some shaders
– Addressed incorrect scaling of icons when entering picture-in-picture mode
– Fixed issues with foldable devices in relation to launcher and app behaviors
– Solved flashing of gray screen when dismissing on-screen activities in tablet devices
– Corrected issues with smaller touch targets for taskbar icons and navigation buttons in tablet devices

The update will be pushed automatically within five days. However, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings > System > System updates. It is important to note that this update is specifically for Pixel owners who are enrolled in the Android 14 Beta program. While early access to features is available, users should expect some bugs along the way. If encountering bugs is not preferable, it is recommended to stick to the official Android 14 release.
