The company is reportedly already scouting for clients on LinkedIn and claims that the return on investment is impressive, which means businesses are already using the tech.<\/p>\n<p>Active Listening\u2019s users can select a territory where they want to use the service, with coverage extending up to 10 or 20 miles. The service uses AI to detect conversations of interest via smartphones, smart TVs, and other smart devices.<\/p>\n<p>CGM also installs a tracking pixel on the website of clients to monitor the return on investment (ROI).
