\u2013 T-Mobile achieved an impressive average download speed of 109Mbps, surpassing Canada\u2019s Bell by 46.3%.
\n\u2013 Canada\u2019s Telus secured the third spot with an average download speed of 73.1Mbps.
\n\u2013 Globally, T-Mobile ranked second in download speed among carriers in Group 1 markets, just behind Norway\u2019s Telenor.
\n\u2013 Despite its stellar performance, T-Mobile subscribers had a 4G or 5G signal only 98.4% of the time, slightly lower than AT&T and Verizon in the U.S.<\/p>\n
In addition to leading in download speeds, T-Mobile also claimed the best overall video experience in the U.S., offering superior streaming quality compared to Verizon and AT&T customers. However, U.S. carriers did not make it to the top rankings for Video Experience or Consistent Quality in Group 1 markets.<\/p>\n
Opensignal\u2019s Global Mobile Network Experience Report highlighted a significant increase in 5G connections year-over-year, reaching 1.59 billion connections in 2023.
