Gold Star (individual), Business, and Business add-on members:<\/p>\n
\u2013 New annual fee: $65 (previously $60; $5 increase)<\/p>\n
Executive Memberships:<\/p>\n
\u2013 New annual fee: $130 ($65 primary membership + $65 Executive upgrade; previously $120; $10 increase)
\n\u2013 Maximum Annual 2% Reward Increase: From $1,000 to $1,250<\/p>\n
These fee adjustments will impact around 52 million memberships, with a majority of them being Executive memberships. In addition to the fee changes, Costco has also reported positive sales growth for June 2024.<\/p>\n
For the five weeks ending July 7, 2024, Costco\u2019s net sales reached $24.48 billion, marking a 7.4 percent increase from the same period last year. And for the first 44 weeks of the fiscal year, net sales totaled $210.55 billion \u2013 a significant rise from the previous year.<\/p>\n
