أخبار مثيرة: تخطط شركة Samsung لترقية كبيرة لجهاز Galaxy S25 مقابل الدايم الخاص بها

Samsung is gearing up to enhance the camera capabilities of its upcoming Galaxy S24 to compete with the top camera phones in the market. This move has even influenced Sony to shift some of its image sensor production operations to South Korea, Samsung’s home country.

The Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus will feature the Samsung GN3 sensor, similar to the Galaxy S22’s ISOCELL GN5 sensor. The GN3 boasts a 1/1.57-inch sensor with 1.0μm-sized pixels and utilizes Samsung’s Tetrapixel technology to deliver clear and crisp photos.

Reports suggest that Sony is transferring certain stages of image sensor production to South Korea, hinting at potential collaboration with Samsung for future products. The new sensor could potentially outperform Sony’s current offerings, as the Japanese company may introduce a new coating process to enhance sensor quality.

While incorporating Sony cameras into the Galaxy S25 may improve its competitiveness against other smartphones, this move could pose challenges for Samsung’s LSI division due to increased competition. However, Samsung seems willing to take this risk in order to elevate the performance of its devices.

It’s important to note that the release of these new phones is still nearly a year away, allowing for possible changes and advancements in technology before their launch.
