Fuite passionnante : Oxygen OS 15 Beta révèle la fonctionnalité de filigrane de confidentialité à venir sur les téléphones OnePlus !

OnePlus, a proud member of the Android Partner Program, has recently unveiled an exciting Android 15 beta preview for the OnePlus 12. While this release doesn’t showcase all the features of Oxygen OS 15 based on Android 15, it offers a sneak peek at some upcoming functionalities through code snippets.

One intriguing discovery in the code is the Privacy Watermark feature, designed to enhance privacy on OnePlus smartphones (and potentially on Oppo and Realme devices as well). A keen OnePlus enthusiast known as 1NormalUsername stumbled upon new strings in the code within the Settings app, detailing the “Privacy Watermark” feature. This feature is expected to be accessible via the OnePlus Photos app.

According to the description found in the code snippet, users can add privacy watermarks to their photos for sharing without concerns about potential misuse. These watermarks can indicate that a photo is intended for real-name registration or official document application, offering customization options as well.

Although details about how this watermark will prevent misuse remain unclear, typically, watermarks are embedded in images and require specific software or expertise to remove. Currently, users can add either the famous Hasselblad watermark or a more generic one in the Photos app under Edit > Watermark.

Furthermore, another exciting possibility uncovered in the code hints at an upgrade to the Pixelate feature. In Oxygen OS 14, users can manually pixelate specific parts of an image for privacy reasons. The potential update would streamline this process into a single click for all images, not just screenshots.

Stay tuned for more updates on these intriguing features as OnePlus continues to innovate and enhance user experiences with its smartphones.
