To access this feature, simply go to the chat details, tap on the search button, and select the calendar icon to choose a date range.

Soon, users can expect filters like All, Contacts, Groups, Favorites, and Unread to further streamline their message searches. While there’s no official release date for these upcoming features yet, it’s likely that they will be rolled out once testing is complete.
In addition to these search improvements, WhatsApp recently introduced new text formatting options for both individual and group chats. Users can now enjoy features like bullet and number lists, in-line code formatting, and block quotes to make their messages stand out.
