Fonctionnalité améliorée « Cercle pour rechercher » pour révolutionner les captures d'écran dans les télécommunications

Google is reportedly working on an exciting update to Circle to Search, which will allow users to copy and share screenshots of a selected area of the screen. This feature, currently available on some newer Pixel and Samsung Galaxy phones, enables users to draw a circle on the screen to search for information and copy text. With the upcoming update, users will be able to take it a step further by copying the circled area as an image, making it easier to edit or share with others.

This new functionality will be particularly handy for sharing specific parts of apps, documents, and other visuals on your phone screen. Instead of taking a screenshot and cropping it later to capture only a portion of the display, users can now simply select the desired area using Circle to Search.

In addition to the screenshot feature, Circle to Search is also getting a slight design refresh with new handles surrounding the selected area. The updated look appears more square and less polished compared to the current rounded brackets. It’s worth noting that this design may not be final as development on this feature is still ongoing.

While there is no official release date for this new feature on Pixel phones, it’s likely that it will be included in a future Pixel Feature Drop or announced at Google I/O as an Android 15 improvement. Google seems focused on enhancing Circle to Search and AI capabilities, so it’s understandable that they want to ensure this feature is refined before rolling it out to users. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting development!
