Oppo et Hasselblad collaborent pour créer des caméras pour les futurs téléphones

Oppo and Hasselblad have officially announced that they will be teaming up once again to co-develop the new HyperTone Camera Systems for upcoming Oppo phones. This collaboration comes as no surprise, as the two brands have previously worked together on camera technology.

The HyperTone Camera System by Oppo is said to improve clarity by 30% and reduce noise by 60% through the use of AI RAW fusion. However, this new algorithm will require 400% more computing power in order to provide users with cleaner and clearer details after processing.

Oppo has also disclosed that the HyperTone Camera System’s ProXDR technology will be capable of unlocking eight times more dynamic range on-screen, resulting in more realistic photo viewing. The company is working towards making ProXDR compatible with the Ultra HDR standard.

Another highlight of Oppo’s cameras is the Hasselblad Portrait Mode, which is made possible by the HyperTone Engine. This mode is designed to create 3D portraits that avoid over-brightening the face and smoothing out light and shadow. Additionally, the Hasselblad Portrait Mode promises to provide more accurate skin tones and cinematic bokeh effects.

These camera features are set to be further enhanced through the new joint venture and will be integrated into future Find series flagship phones expected to launch in 2024. Keep an eye out for more updates on this exciting collaboration.
