Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 13 series internationally on January 4th. The devices have previously been available in China, but are now set for their global debut. It is worth noting that Xiaomi’s new HyperOS will not come installed on the Redmi Note 13 models, despite being planned for nearly 100 MIUI devices in 2024.
When it comes to pricing, leaked information suggests that the Redmi Note 13 Pro is expected to be priced at $500, with the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ at $550 in Europe. For those in India, the vanilla Redmi Note 13 may be available at a starting price of $250. The models will come in various RAM and storage configurations, as well as different color options including Prism Gold, Arctic White, Stealth Black, Coral Purple, and Midnight Black.
The Redmi Note 13 series is expected to feature impressive hardware, such as a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 200MP main camera on the Pro model, and a 5,100mAh battery. The Pro+ model will also offer IP68 resistance and a Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset. The standard Redmi Note 13 5G uses a Dimensity 6080 SoC and all models have a 16MP front camera. Additionally, the Pro and Pro+ models feature additional 8MP and 2MP rear cameras. The battery capacity for all models is 5,000mAh with 33W fast charging capabilities.
