Now, the company plans to introduce yet another feature that\u2019s already available on X: verified-only feeds.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Instagram head, Adam Mosseri, said early this week that his company is now testing the option to show on someone\u2019s feed only posts from people who pay for Meta Verified (via The Verge): <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">\u201cWe\u2019re exploring this as a new control for people and a way for businesses and creators to get discovered\u201d<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>According to the report, a new Meta Verified toggle under \u201cFollowing\u201d and \u201cFavorites\u201d will be available for users on Instagram, allowing them to switch between two types of feeds on the fly. It\u2019s unclear where exactly the new feature is being tested, but Instagram\u2019s official confirmed that the company is now working to bring verified-only feeds to the social app as soon as the tests end successfully.<\/p>\n<p>Introduced early this year, Meta Verified is available for $11.99 on the web and $14.99 in-app, a hefty amount considering that there aren\u2019t too many perks subscribers get in return.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the new feature where people will have the option to see only posts from those who are Meta Verified will increase the appeal of the service.
