However, that\u2019s about to change with the latest update. iOS users will now be able to send media files like photos and videos in their original quality.<\/p>\n<p>The update, version 23.24.73, is currently only available for iOS users. Along with the ability to share original quality media files, the update also introduces a few other new features. Users can now start voice chats without ringing in large groups and see new bubbles in chat to help them keep track of missed ongoing and completed calls. Additionally, iOS users can now quickly react to a Status using their avatar by tapping \u201cReply\u201d and selecting one of the 6 avatar reactions that are available.<\/p>\n<p>According to WhatsApp\u2019s changelog, these features will be rolled out over the coming weeks.
