To entice these customers back, Public Mobile is offering \u2018winback\u2019 deals, but are they doing enough?<\/p>\n<p>One such offer includes 15 Public Points (equivalent to $15) that can be used towards monthly payments and add-ons. However, some customers feel that this offer falls short of winning them back. The email promoting this deal fails to mention any special plans, only highlighting $0 eSIM activations and starting plans at $15\/month.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in May, the legacy rewards program will be replaced by the new Public Points program.
