Google has rolled out an exciting new feature for its Meet app \u2013 the ability to make annotations during presentations. This new feature is automatically enabled when users start presenting, making it easier than ever to collaborate and interact during meetings.<\/p>\n
Voici quelques points cl\u00e9s concernant cette mise \u00e0 jour\u00a0:<\/p>\n
\u2013 A new annotations menu has been added to the Meet app, giving users access to tools like a pen, disappearing ink, stickers, text boxes, and more.
\n\u2013 Users can now assign a co-annotator to their presentations, allowing for even more collaboration and engagement.
\n\u2013 The annotating and co-annotating features are available for various Google Workspace editions, including Business Starter, Enterprise Standard, Frontline Plus, and more.<\/p>\n
For Android users:
\n\u2013 Annotations can be used when presenting the Entire Screen option. However, the co-annotation feature is not yet available but will be added in a future update.<\/p>\n
For iOS users:
\n\u2013 Currently, annotations cannot be used when presenting. However, iOS users can still participate as co-annotators if appointed by a web user.<\/p>\n
Availability:
\n\u2013 Rapid Release domains can expect to see this new feature within the next two weeks.
\n\u2013 Scheduled Release domains will start seeing the update rollout on April 25th and should be completed within 15 days.<\/p>\n
