The post highlights the introduction of Xiaomi’s next-generation smartphone smart factory, emphasizing its advanced and intelligent features. This state-of-the-art factory boasts 100% automation of key processes, achieved through extensive research on manufacturing equipment. By implementing a cutting-edge “full-link industrial big data” infrastructure, the factory ensures complete digitization of industrial production.
This innovative smart factory is equipped with the fully self-developed “Xiaomi Surge Intelligent Manufacturing Platform,” which serves as its brain. This platform enables the factory to possess self-sensing, self-decision-making, and self-execution capabilities, allowing it to independently diagnose equipment issues and optimize process workflows.
In terms of product offerings, Xiaomi confirms that both the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Xiaomi Mix Flip will be manufactured at this facility and are expected to be released this month. The Mix Flip is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor along with a triple camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor, a 60MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
