Samsung expands commercial warranty coverage for Galaxy Enterprise Edition devices through 2023

Samsung is taking a step towards longer software support for its smartphones and tablets. While it may not mean more OS updates, the company is extending the commercial warranty for Galaxy Enterprise Edition devices launched in 2023. This warranty extension will apply to smartphones such as the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A34, and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet.

Customers who purchased any of these devices since January 1st will automatically have the commercial warranty extended to 3 years. For Samsung Care+ for Business customers, the warranty will be extended even further to 4 years.

If you’re considering a Galaxy Enterprise Edition device, there are several benefits to keep in mind. First, you’ll receive up to 5 years of Security Updates, ensuring your device is protected from malicious threats. Additionally, you’ll have access to these devices for 2 years, with the commercial warranty now extended to 3 years. Furthermore, Enterprise Edition offers 1 year of access to Knox Suite.

It’s important to note that this extended commercial warranty is available starting today, and there is no need to take any additional steps to receive this benefit.
