- Phones Canada consolidates all auction winnings at our warehouse before re-shipping them to buyers.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping from Phones Canada’s warehouse to their chosen destination.

- Upon receipt of auction winnings at our warehouse, Phones Canada requires 3 to 5 business days to prepare the products for shipment.

- Buyers can choose from the following shipping options:
- Phones Canada Preferred Shipping: We arrange shipping with our preferred carriers for an additional fee. This includes packaging and preparation.
- Buyer-Arranged Shipping: Buyers provide their own shipping labels or carrier account details for pickup from Phones Canada’s warehouse.

- For international buyers, Phones Canada will ship to the provided address. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and ensuring proper documentation for import/export.

3. Insurance for Auction Shipments
- Optional Insurance:
- Phones Canada does not automatically provide shipment insurance. Buyers may request additional third-party insurance for their shipments.
- If buyers choose not to arrange coverage, they assume all risks, including loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Carrier-Specific Insurance:
- Insurance terms from the original auction house (e.g., Bell’s Kuehne + Nagel insurance) apply until the products are delivered to Phones Canada’s warehouse.
4. Pickup and Delivery

- Buyers arranging their own shipping must ensure their carrier picks up the order within 5 business days of receiving a notification from Phones Canada.

- Auction items are sold “as-is.” Returns or refunds are only accepted for shipping errors or discrepancies in the shipment received.

By participating in Phones Canada auctions and arranging shipping through our warehouse, you agree to this Auction Shipping Policy.
