YouTube has recently announced some exciting updates to enhance user experience on its platform. One of the new features being tested is an improvement to Dream Track AI-powered feature, which will allow users to create instrumental-only soundtracks in Shorts. Additionally, YouTube revealed another experimental feature that will soon be available to select users.
The latest feature in testing allows YouTube users to reply to a Super Chat message in a live stream or Premiere. This new capability is currently being tested with a small group of users, but YouTube has plans to roll it out more widely in the coming months as testing nears completion.
If you’re one of the fortunate users who have access to this new feature, you’ll notice that your reply to a Super Chat message will appear in the live stream and function as a live chat message when viewed in the live archive. This update adds another layer of interaction and engagement for creators and viewers alike.
Super Chat was initially introduced in 2017, enabling viewers to purchase highlighted messages in the chat stream that grab the creator’s attention. These messages remain pinned at the top of the chat for up to 5 hours, providing increased visibility and engagement opportunities for viewers.
Exciting new features are continually being introduced for YouTube creators, offering enhanced ways to connect with their audience and elevate their content. Stay tuned for more updates on these innovative tools and features!
