Rogers and Shaw customers, heads up! Starting July 15, 2024, automatic payments will now be processed earlier than before. Here’s what you need to know:

– Automatic payments will now be processed 14 days after your invoice is created and sent, which is 7 days before the due date.
– Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for customers to choose their own withdrawal date for automatic payments.
– The first payment under this new schedule will occur roughly 2 weeks after the last payment made under the old schedule, with subsequent payments continuing monthly.

This change aims to benefit both Rogers and its customers by improving cash flow for the company and potentially reducing late payments. However, it’s essential for customers to ensure there are enough funds in their accounts to cover these automatic payments and avoid any overdraft charges.
