Oppo recently unveiled its latest mid-range smartphones, the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro, in China. These devices are set to hit the global market soon, albeit with some variations in specifications.
Global Variant of Oppo Reno 12 Pro Spotted on Geekbench Listing
Ahead of its worldwide release, the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmarks database. According to the listing, this phone will come equipped with 12GB of RAM and will run on Android 14. While the Chinese version offers a variant with 16GB of RAM, it seems that the global edition will only come with the base storage option.
The listing also reveals that the Oppo Reno 12 Pro will feature an octa-core processor with four performance cores clocked at 2.50GHz and four efficiency cores at 2.0GHz. This suggests that the global variant will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.
In comparison to its Chinese counterpart, the global version of the Oppo Reno 12 Pro will have a slightly downgraded processor, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset in the Chinese model.
The phone is expected to include a hefty 4,880mAh battery with support for rapid 80W fast charging. Other specifications are anticipated to remain consistent across both versions. Notable features include:
