As part of the brand refresh campaign, Verizon has unveiled a new TV advertisement that harkens back to its iconic “Can You Hear Me Now?” campaign. The ad stars a real Verizon network engineer and highlights the company’s wide range of services.

In addition to the brand makeover, Verizon is rolling out new promotions to benefit its customers:
– Discounts on streaming services like Disney+
– Guaranteed trade-ins for smartphones, even if they are cracked or no longer working, across all myPlan unlimited tiers

Verizon’s new myHome program offers mix-and-match flexibility for home internet, live TV, entertainment, and smart home services. Pricing for myHome will be locked in for up to four years with no hidden fees or equipment charges.

The discounted streaming options in myHome are an extension of Verizon’s myPlan wireless program. The company has renegotiated deals with major providers like Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Apple, YouTube, and others to offer these perks to home internet customers as well.

Customers can choose between Fios, 5G Home, or LTE home internet plans with the option to add live TV services or skip it altogether. They can also add popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney Bundle, YouTube Premium, and more for just $10 a month – a cost-effective alternative to purchasing them separately.

Verizon’s commitment to customer satisfaction is evident through their trade-in program for Apple, Samsung, and Google smartphones regardless of their condition. Additionally:
– Customers with wireless myPlan unlimited plans can trade in any smartphone for a new device
– Verizon Access provides exclusive access to events and experiences such as concerts and music festivals

To further enhance customer experience, Verizon has introduced an end-to-end smartphone management solution that offers services ranging from shipping and setup to replacement and recycling.
