Introducing the Motorola Edge 50: A New Addition to the Family
Motorola recently unveiled the Edge 50 Ultra, along with the Fusion and Pro models. However, there is one missing piece in the lineup – the vanilla variant that fans have been eagerly anticipating. Fortunately, it seems that Motorola is planning to release the regular Edge 50 model very soon.
According to a report from 91mobiles, the Motorola Edge 50 5G will be launching in Europe this month with an estimated price of around €600. This places it as the third most expensive phone in the Edge 50 series, following the Ultra and Pro models. The more budget-friendly option, the Edge 50 Fusion, is priced at just €400.
The color options for the European release of the Motorola Edge 50 5G include gray, green, and peach. The rumored price is for the 12/512GB model, so there may be variations with lower memory capacity available as well.
While specific details about the Edge 50 5G’s specifications have not been leaked yet, it is confirmed to include features such as NFC support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 6, and of course, 5G connectivity. Additionally, users can expect to find Android 14 pre-installed on this device.
Although initially launching in Europe, it is likely that Motorola will bring the Edge 50 5G to other regions as well. Keep an eye out for updates on potential name changes or specification variations for different markets.
Stay tuned for more exciting news about this upcoming addition to Motorola’s impressive lineup of smartphones!
