Nubia is gearing up to launch its most powerful smartphone yet, the Red Magic 9S Pro, on July 31. Exciting news for fans outside of China – Nubia has confirmed that two more devices will be hitting the global market soon: the Z60 Ultra Leading Version and Z60S Pro. These phones will debut in China on July 23, with a global launch expected around the same time as they already have an official page on Nubia’s European website.
While pricing details are still under wraps, interested customers can sign up on the webpage to secure coupons worth up to $70 / €70 for the Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version (or up to $50 / €50 for the Z60S Pro) along with free Nubia earbuds valued at $60 / €60.
The upgraded Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version packs a punch with an overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, featuring a prime Cortex-X4 CPU core running at 3.4GHz and a 1GHz GPU. Both the regular and Leading Version of the Nubia Z60 Ultra are expected to offer similar specs, including options for 8/12/16/24GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of internal storage, and a hefty 6,000 mAh battery.
The Z60 Ultra Leading Version is rumored to sport a stunning 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a silky smooth 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10 support, and brightness reaching up to 1500 nits. On the other hand, the Z60S Pro successor is set to impress with powerful camera capabilities such as a 50-megapixel main camera featuring a Sony IMX906 sensor and OIS, along with telephoto and ultrawide lenses.
