Exciting News: Google Unveils Latest Android 15 Beta 4.1 Update for Pixel Phones!

Google has recently rolled out a minor update to its Android 15 beta, version 4.1 (build (AP31.240617.010), specifically addressing audio issues during phone calls. This update is now available for a variety of Pixel devices, from the latest Pixel 8 series to older models like the Pixel 6.

Key points about the Android 15 Beta 4.1 update:

– The update primarily targets bugs causing audio problems during calls on Pixel devices.
– It is automatically rolling out to eligible Pixel devices enrolled in the Android Beta Program.
– Eligible models include the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7a, Pixel Fold, Pixel Tablet, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel 8a.
– Users running Android 14 QPR3 or earlier Android 15 Developer Preview or Beta versions will receive this update within five days.

If you own a Pixel device that is not part of the eligible list for the Android 15 Beta program or if you want to join and try out the latest features and updates:

– Visit g.co/androidbeta to easily enroll in the Android Beta Program.
– Allow up to 24 hours to receive the over-the-air (OTA) update after enrolling.
– Manually check for updates by navigating to Settings > System > System updates on your device.

While Android 15 beta was intended to be the final update before the official release, bug fixes like this x.1 update are sometimes necessary. The final version of Android 15 is expected to be announced at an upcoming Made by Google event in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned for more updates and hopefully an Android16 beta in the near future!
