Enhanced User Experience: Public Mobile App Upgraded for Seamless Navigation • Phones Canada

Public Mobile, a prepaid brand under Telus, has rolled out an update to its mobile app, aiming to enhance the user experience for all customers. Here’s what you need to know about the latest improvements:

– The Public Mobile app on iOS and Android has received a design overhaul and improved functionality for a smoother navigation experience.
– New features include a data usage tracker and optimized performance, providing users with better overall app performance.
– Tabs along the bottom of the app allow easy access to Subscription, Payment, Rewards, Account, and Support sections.
– The Subscription tab gives you a detailed overview of your usage, subscription cycle, data tracker, usage breakdown, and add-ons.
– Users have reported faster access to account information with the updated app. However, some have experienced issues with the Telus Eversafe log-in process.

Public Mobile acknowledges customer feedback and is committed to making gradual improvements that address users’ needs. The app originally debuted last spring and hinted at upcoming 5G plans with unlimited data.

In other news, Public Mobile recently announced changes to its rewards program, transitioning all users to the Public Points program in May. While this move has sparked some backlash from customers filing complaints with the CCTS, Public Mobile remains dedicated to delivering services that cater to their users’ preferences.
