Exciting News: Koodo Black Friday Plan Price Hike Alert! Stay Updated with iPhones in Canada Blog

Koodo, a Telus-owned mobile provider, recently announced a price increase on one of its popular plans. Here’s what you need to know:

– Last fall, Koodo introduced a $29 per month plan with 30GB of data as part of their Black Friday deals.
– However, just four months later, Koodo is increasing the price of this plan to $35 per month starting in April 2024, representing a 21% increase.
– Customers who do not agree to this change have the option to cancel their service within 30 days without any penalty.
– Currently, Koodo also offers a $34 plan with 50GB of data and an added perk. This plan is also available from Fido and Virgin Plus.
– For those affected by the price hike, switching to the $34 plan with more data or considering Freedom Mobile’s similar offer with U.S. data roaming might be a better option.

In related news, Public Mobile, another Telus-owned brand, recently replaced their $34/50GB plan with a new $39/60GB plan that includes Canada-US coverage without U.S. roaming.
