Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy S24 series on January 17, consisting of three models. The tech-savvy team at WinFuture recently consolidated all the specs into one report, making it much easier to keep up with all the rumors.
The main performance upgrade is expected to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for all phones except for the base Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus, which will be powered by the Exynos 2400. The Galaxy S24 will maintain 8GB of RAM, while the Plus and Ultra will be upgraded to 12GB of RAM.
All models will feature some sort of screen upgrade. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is likely to have a flat screen, which is preferred by many over a curved display. The Plus model will have a higher resolution (3120 x 1440) and the entry-level variant will have a slightly bigger 6.2-inch display.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to have hardware-based camera improvements, featuring a new 50MP 5x telephoto camera. The entire lineup is expected to benefit from AI-powered enhancements, potentially making them some of the best camera phones of 2023.
The Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus are also expected to have larger batteries (4,000 and 4,900mA, respectively), with rumors pointing to the Galaxy S24 Ultra having a titanium frame.
