Introducing the Galaxy Z Fold mania with a twist – a 40-foot London bus folded at a 90-degree angle! This unique art installation in East London is turning heads and capturing the imagination of passersby. Created by artist Caspar Philips, this folded bus is a sight to behold, showcasing recycled materials from real London buses and built to scale.

But that’s not all – designer Jem Hughes has also added other folded installations in the area, including a bench, lamppost, and telephone box on Fold Street (formerly known as Old Street). Transport for London (TfL) has partnered with Samsung to unveil these innovative pieces of public art, celebrating the new foldable range.

If you’re in the area, make sure to check out these installations before July 27th, 2024. It’s a unique opportunity to experience Fold Town and immerse yourself in Samsung’s creativity and innovation. As Annika Bizon, Director of Marketing at Samsung puts it, “We are so excited for consumers to experience our unique Fold Street activation across East London.”

So hop on board this folding fiesta and explore the unexpected in East London. Who knows, maybe you can even pay for your ticket with folded coins!
