Samsung Enhancing Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra to Match the Increasing Geekbench Scores

According to recent tests performed by SamMobile, the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra are showing improving scores on Geekbench as we approach the January 17th Unpacked event where Samsung will unveil its new flagship Galaxy S24 line. The event is scheduled to take place at San Jose’s SAP Center at 10:00 am PST and 1 pm EST.

Samsung is offering a $50 Samsung credit to anyone who reserves a Galaxy S24 model now and purchases the phone. The Geekbench results indicate that the Galaxy S24+ with the Exynos 2400 processor has shown a single-core score of 2193 and a multi-core score of 6895, an improvement from its previous scores.

On the other hand, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered Galaxy S24 Ultra has achieved a single-core score of 2297 and a multi-core score of 7104, also showing improvement from its previous results.

The Exynos 2400 processor will power the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ in most markets, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will be used in the U.S. and China. The Galaxy S24 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 AP in all regions.

It is suggested that Samsung has been optimizing the phones, in light of the rising Geekbench scores and the rumored release date of January 30th. Samsung has already released a teaser for the Unpacked event, hinting at a new era of mobile with AI features such as AI Live Translate Call and AI-powered video processing.

More details will be revealed on January 17th, so stay tuned!
