Upgrade Your Pixel Experience with Android 15 Beta 2.2 – New Features and Bug Fixes Available Now!

Google has been hard at work refining Android 15, with the recent release of the Beta 2.2 update (build AP31.240426.023.B4). This update may be minor, but it brings significant fixes that enhance the overall experience for Pixel users in the beta program.

Here are some key improvements in the Beta 2.2 update:

– Resolved issue causing app icons to disappear from the home screen when creating a private space.
– Fixed problem hindering NFC payments in certain situations.
– Addressed NFC observe mode issue for smoother contactless payments.
– Fixed green tint in videos for videographers using 10-bit HDR.
– Included fix for app drawer not opening when swiping up.
– Various under-the-hood improvements for system stability, interactivity, and connectivity.

The Beta 2.2 update will be rolled out over-the-air to eligible devices enrolled in the Android Beta for Pixel program. This includes Pixel 8a, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 7a, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7, Pixel 6a, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet. Please note that the Pixel 5a is not eligible for Android 15 Beta but will receive the final stable public release if enrolled in the Android 14 QPR3 Beta.
