    • Effort tracking: Review effort metrics after cardio workouts based on factors like pace, elevation, and heart rate.
  • Photos Face:

    • Curated images: The Photos face uses machine learning to select the best images from your collection.
    • Customization options: Choose specific themes like people or nature to display on your watch face.
  • Cycle Tracking:

    • Pregnancy focus: Log pregnancy details in the Health app for gestational age tracking across health charts.
    • Privacy features: All health data stays encrypted on your device without being shared without permission.

With watchOS 11 set to launch this fall, it’s essential to note that it will require an iPhone Xs or later with iOS 18. Compatible Apple Watch models include Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) up to Apple Watch Ultra 2.
