Samsung is gearing up to launch two new phones, the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55, around Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024. Both devices have had their specifications leaked in various reports, leaving little surprise for Samsung to unveil when they are officially introduced.

The Galaxy A35 has recently appeared on Google Play Console, while the support page for the Galaxy A55 went live on Samsung Portugal’s official website over the weekend. Although no new information has been revealed about the phone at this time, we already have a good idea of what to expect from the Galaxy A55.

Here’s what we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy A55:

Expected to pack an Exynos 1480 processor and an Infinity-O display
Available in 128GB or 256GB storage options at launch
Features a 6.5-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a large 5,000 mAh battery
IP67 rating for dust and water resistance
Runs on Android 14 right out of the box
The only missing piece of information is the pricing. If Samsung follows its usual pricing strategy, we can expect the Galaxy A55 to be available for around $450, similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy A54.
