Google Chat’s smart replies feature is expanding to include group messages and spaces on the web. This update allows users to quickly respond to messages without the need for lengthy typing or when on-the-go. Powered by Google’s machine learning, smart replies offer three response options that automatically pop up in a chat or can be customized before sending. It is worth noting that this feature is available in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Users have the option to disable smart replies by going to Settings and unchecking the Smart Reply box. Whether you are a Google Workspace customer or a personal Google Account user, this feature is now available to you without needing any updates to your Google Chat app.
