New features added to the Fitbit app for added usefulness

Fitbit has announced some exciting new features for its app based on feedback from its users. The latest update includes several improvements that are aimed at enhancing the user experience with Fitbit devices.

One of the key changes in the update is the addition of battery percentage on the Today tab, allowing users to easily monitor their battery level. This feature will be available not only for Fitbit devices but also for Pixel Watch models for the first time.

Another new feature is the improved goal celebrations, which will now be available for Android users, with iOS users getting the update in January. Users will now receive celebrations upon reaching certain milestones.

Additionally, the popular Steps streak feature is making a comeback after being removed in a previous update. Users can now tap the Steps tile on their Today tab to see their active streaks displayed below their steps chart.

Finally, the update also allows users to customize focus metrics to highlight specific health and fitness goals. If the presets don’t meet their needs, users can now create their own unique Today screen.
These new features are set to make a positive impact on the Fitbit platform and app, providing users with more control and a better overall experience.
