Non-Pro iPhone 16 Models to Feature 120Hz ProMotion Displays, Source Informs Tipster

iPhone 16 Ultra Rumored to Have Three Smaller Cameras

There’s never a moment to relax in this business, folks. No sooner did the latest iPhone 15 line hit the market, we are already looking ahead to the iPhone 16 Ultra. According to reliable tipster Majin Bu, the iPhone 16 Ultra will feature three smaller cameras. While the exact purpose of these new cameras is unknown, there is speculation that they could be related to the upcoming Vision Pro spatial computer, set to be released in Q1 2024.

Additionally, U.S. users will reportedly have a button that activates mmWave mode, allowing for seamless connectivity to a speedy mmWave 5G network. For those who prefer the non-Pro models, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will come equipped with the coveted 120Hz ProMotion screen, featuring thinner bezels for the 2024 non-Pro models.

As for the rear cameras on the non-Pro iPhone 16 models, it is currently unclear how many cameras will be included. However, early reports suggest that they will be vertically mounted, a departure from the diagonal arrangement seen on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.

Majin Bu’s information about the iPhone 16 line comes from a source with a proven track record of accurate predictions about the iPhone 15 series. While there may be some doubts, the tipster believes there is credibility to the information. Another rumor suggests that the iPhone 16 Pro series may see an increase in screen sizes, with the iPhone 16 Pro measuring 6.3 inches and the iPhone 16 Ultra measuring 6.9 inches.

Majin Bu’s source says that the iPhone 16 Ultra will have three smaller cameras on the back

The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Ultra are expected to be powered by the A18 Pro chipset, built on TSMC’s second-gen 3nm process node. On the other hand, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will likely feature the 3nm A17 Pro chip, as Apple tends to equip non-Pro models with the previous year’s premium chip.

It’s important to note that the photos shared by Majin Bu are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent the final product. More accurate renders will inevitably surface closer to the release date. It’s still too early to take leaks and rumors about the iPhone 16 series too seriously.
