At Phones Canada, we strive to offer our customers superior quality products. However, we understand that occasionally, you may receive a device that does not meet your expectations or is defective. In such cases, we have a comprehensive Returns and Refund Policy in place to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please note that Phones Canada does not offer returns or refunds unless the device is defective. We firmly stand behind our products, and in the unlikely event that a device is faulty, we offer either a credit on your account or an exchange for the same device model.

Initiate a Claim

If you wish to initiate the returns and refund process for a defective device, please fill in the Returns And Refund Form below. The form requires the following details: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Date of Purchase, Order Number, Reason for Return, and Pictures of Product (in .jpg file format).
