Sneak Peek: Apple Teases New iPad Models – Exclusive Preview!

In a surprising turn of events, Apple broke its streak from last year by unveiling new iPad models in 2023, including the first-ever iPad tablets with OLED panels. The latest lineup includes the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro tablets, boasting tandem OLED displays that deliver brighter and more durable screens.

Apple also introduced updates to the iPad Air series and added a new 13-inch model to cater to consumers looking for a large-screen tablet without the premium price tag of the iPad Pro. Rumors suggest that upgrades to the iPad mini and basic iPad models are on the horizon later this year.

Thanks to a recent tweet from an eagle-eyed subscriber, we now have insights into potential upcoming iPad models. The leak revealed several scrapped models alongside new identifiers hinting at future releases:

– Scrapped Models:
– iPad13,20 – A14 Wi-Fi base model
– iPad13,21 – A14 Cellular base model
– (and more)

– Upcoming Models:
– iPad15,7 – A16 11th Gen iPad Wi-Fi
– (and more)

Interestingly, Apple appears to have considered an M3-powered iPad Pro before opting for the M4 SoC in its latest lineup. The leak also suggests that the seventh-generation iPad mini will run on a cutting-edge 3nm A17 Pro AP—the same chipset powering the latest iPhone models.

Looking ahead, expect the next generation of iPad Pro to maintain its current screen sizes and feature the unreleased M5 SoC. This chipset could potentially be produced using TSMC’s advanced 2nm process node set for mass production next year.

Stay tuned for more updates on Apple’s evolving lineup of iPads as they continue to push boundaries in innovation and technology.
