New Resident Evil Games Unleashed on iPhones and iPads by CAPCOM

Phones Canada is excited to share that CAPCOM, a renowned Japanese game developer and publisher, has announced two new Resident Evil games coming to iOS devices by the end of the year. Following the successful launch of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Village on iOS last year, fans can look forward to two more thrilling titles in this beloved franchise.

The first game set to hit iOS is Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, scheduled for release on July 2. Additionally, CAPCOM is working on bringing Resident Evil 2 Remake to iPhones and iPads, although this title is still in development with no official release date yet.

While specific pricing details have not been disclosed by CAPCOM, it is anticipated that these new games will be priced similarly to the previous releases. For reference, Resident Evil 4 was priced at $30 and Resident Evil Village at $16 (excluding DLCs).

Excitingly, players can expect some additional content with the purchase of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard on iOS. The game will come bundled with one DLC called Not A Hero. However, for access to other DLCs such as End of Zoe, Banned Footage Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, and Survival Pack, players can opt for a Gold Edition upgrade.

The Gold Edition upgrade will also include the challenging Madhouse difficulty mode and the 5-Coin Set for enhanced gameplay experience. To enjoy these upcoming games on iOS devices, users will need powerful devices like an iPhone 15 series or an iPad equipped with Apple Silicon chips (M1 or later).

In addition to iOS devices, both Resident Evil 7 Biohazard and Resident Evil 2 Remake will also be available on Mac platforms. Players can already pre-order Resident Evil 7 Biohazard from the App Store in anticipation of its release.

Stay tuned for more updates on these thrilling additions to the Resident Evil series coming soon to your favorite Apple devices!
