Motorola is gearing up for an exciting launch, teasing what could be the “world’s slimmest military-grade phone.” The big reveal is set for July 24, and anticipation is building as Motorola prepares to unveil its latest innovation.
While the official name of the phone has not been confirmed, all signs point to the Edge 50 Neo, a sleek mid-range smartphone featuring a MediaTek chipset. What we do know is that this upcoming device will be MIL-810 certified, ensuring protection against extreme conditions like heat, cold, humidity, and accidental drops.
Key features of the Motorola Edge 50 Neo include:
– 6.5-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection
– MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor
– 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage
– Multiple variants available, with the 8/256GB model likely to be the most affordable option
On the camera front, expect a triple setup with a 50-megapixel main lens, 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. For selfies, there’s a sharp 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
Powering all these features is a modest 4,310 mAh battery – understandable given the phone’s ultra-slim profile at just 8.1mm thick. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo will come in four stylish colors: Nautical Blue Latte, Grisaille, and Poinciana.
Motorola India has already announced that the Edge 50 Neo will be available for purchase on Flipkart and likely through its online store as well. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the official unveiling on July 24!
