– $39 for 80GB of 5G data (promotional offer)
– $39 for 50GB of 5G data in Canada-US
– $44 for 80GB of 5G data in Canada-US
With this update, the previous $15 talk and text plan has been discontinued, along with the $20/2GB and $29/30GB 4G plans. The previous Canada-US 5G plans, which included options like $34/50GB, $40/75GB, and $50/100GB, now offer less data than before.
These new plans seem to be geared towards back-to-school season. However, there is speculation that the older plans may make a comeback just in time for Black Friday. It’s worth noting that no flanker brands from Rogers, Telus, or Bell have matched Freedom Mobile’s standard offering of Canada-US-Mexico roaming for talk, text, and data on all plans with the inclusion of 5G technology.
