Both plans come with Canada-wide calling and were only available until July 1, 2024. One lucky reader in B.C., named Paul, who was on a $39/20GB plan with three lines, took advantage of the $35/65GB offer.
By providing these special promo plans directly to existing customers through text messages, Koodo aims to keep them satisfied and prevent them from seeking better offers elsewhere. This strategy helps reduce customer turnover rates, which are regularly disclosed every quarter.
In recent times, Koodo has raised its wireless prices along with Virgin Plus and Fido. Additionally, the price of visual voicemail has been increased to $8 per month by Koodo.
