Exciting Update: Public Mobile Introduces New Points Program for Customers – Phones Canada

Have you heard the news about Public Mobile’s new Public Points program? In March, the Telus-owned company announced that it would be ending its legacy rewards program in May. Now, they have officially begun the transition to the new program, and customers are starting to see the changes.

Here’s what you need to know about Public Mobile’s new Public Points program:

– Customers are automatically enrolled in the program and will receive notifications via text message.
– Setting up profiles may take up to four days, and customers will be notified by email once it is complete.
– The My Rewards redemption catalogue is available for customers to explore.
– Upon logging into the website, customers will be greeted with a splash page welcoming them to the Public Points program. They will receive a Welcome Present of 5 points (equivalent to $5) and earn 5% points back on every dollar spent. Additionally, they can earn 1 point monthly for active referrals and 10 points on their anniversary.
– While some customers may be disappointed that the new program does not offer as much value as the old rewards program, Public Mobile has tried to appease them by offering up to 240GB in data bonuses with an expiry date.
– In response to customer feedback, Public Mobile has also re-launched Canada-US promo plans for a limited time.
