Phones Canada’s auction policy covers bidding procedures, product conditions, payment and shipping terms, and guidelines for claims or returns.

Privacy Policy

At Phones Canada, we’re committed to protecting your privacy. Particularly with device data handling, we assure that all personal data is completely wiped from the device in accordance with ADISA standard data wipe processes. We use our own tools along with NSYS tools and PhoneCheck software to ensure all personal data is removed from the device. For further details, please refer to our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Phones Canada, we offer exchanges in cases where the device was graded incorrectly or found to be non-functional on arrival. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns outside these circumstances.

Shipping Policy

At Phones Canada, we understand the importance of prompt and reliable shipping. We use trusted carriers to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and promptly. We offer our clients the option to insure their shipments and provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Note that we do not allow local pickups due to security reasons.

Payment Policy

Warranty Policy

All our phones and devices come with a 15-day replacement warranty from the day they are received. For our cables, we offer a lifetime warranty. In addition to our warranty policy, we also offer a 90-day exchange guarantee. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information.

90-Day Exchange Guarantee

Phones Canada offers a 90-Day Exchange Guarantee. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or facing issues in selling the product, we’ll gladly exchange it for a different product at the current fair market price, which may differ from the initial purchase price.
