Rogers has solidified its position as Canada’s top broadband provider, as per a recent Opensignal report. The report highlights Rogers’ exceptional performance in various key areas, making it a standout in the telecommunications industry. Here are some key takeaways from the report:

– Rogers leads in ‘Reliability Experience,’ a new metric by Opensignal that measures users’ ability to connect and complete tasks seamlessly on internet networks.
– With the inclusion of Shaw customers, Rogers has secured national wins in Reliability, Consistent Quality, Download Speed, and Video Experience categories.
– Bell’s fibre network also received accolades, winning all five national Fibre Experience awards and dominating in speed and quality.
– Ron McKenzie, Chief Technology and Information Officer at Rogers, expressed pride in the company’s recognition for providing reliable internet and fast speeds across Canada.

Regionally, Rogers excelled in Consistent Quality in British Columbia and Manitoba. EastLink stood out for its consistent experience in Alberta and Ontario, while SaskTel led with its infiNET product in Saskatchewan.
