Vivaldi browser receives significant update for iOS devices

Vivaldi, the popular browser that has been available for four years now, finally made its way to iOS just three months ago. Since its release, the iOS version of Vivaldi has received several updates, with the latest one being the most significant, bringing a slew of improvements and new features.

The update introduces a configurable Address Bar and Tab Bar, both of which can now be placed at the bottom of the browser or kept at the top. Users also have the option to reverse the order of search suggestions in the Address Bar. Additionally, the update allows users to add custom images as wallpapers to the browser’s Start Page, or select from a range of preloaded wallpapers.

One of Vivaldi’s signature features, which matches the color of the user interface with the colors of the webpage being visited, is also coming to iOS with this update.

Another notable addition is the availability of browsing history on all devices, with the assurance that all data in Vivaldi Sync is fully end-to-end encrypted. This means that users can rediscover anything they visited on another device at any time.

The new version of Vivaldi for iOS is now available for free via the App Store.
