  2. Select Mobile Services from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Manage add-ons under "Mobile Services."
  4. Find Call Control in the list of add-ons and select Add to plan.

To activate the feature:

  1. Log in to your Koodo Self Serve account.
  2. Select Mobile Services from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Call Control under "Mobile Services."
  4. Select Start Using Call Control on the "Call Control" page.

  3. Click Call Control under "Mobile Services."
  4. Toggle the button under your phone number to Off.

You can always re-enable Call Control by following the same simple directions above whenever needed.

  • Add annoying phone numbers to your Blocked Callers list within your Self Serve account.
  • Join the National Do Not Call List managed by the Government of Canada.
  • Block your number when calling outside your contact list by dialing *67 before entering their number.
  • Block unwanted numbers directly on your device using built-in features available on iPhone and Android devices.
