OnePlus has just introduced the OnePlus 12, featuring an upgraded vibration motor called the ‘Bionic Vibration Motor Turbo.’ This new motor offers higher vibration volume and bandwidth, as well as a faster start and stop speed. The use of a new magnetic material called N54, and the latest CSA motor is the primary reason for this improved performance. The OnePlus 12 also boasts a larger motor, measuring at 602mm³, making it the thickest flagship phone on the market at 9.15mm. This, combined with the massive 5,400mAh battery, contributes to the phone’s thickness.

The OnePlus 12 aims to use this enhanced haptic power to provide a more immersive experience when navigating the phone’s UI and playing games. It is said to have more than 700 system vibration effect optimizations, although the specifics of this are not entirely clear.
