Pixel 7 to Receive Language Detection Feature for Voice Typing

According to a recent report by Android Police, this language detection feature will soon be available on the Pixel 7 as well.

The page mentions that the language detection functionality will be introduced to the Pixel 7 series, which is Google’s flagship line from 2022. This feature utilizes Google Assistant for voice typing on Gboard. While the Pixel 7 already offers advancements for multilingual users and voice typing by supporting additional languages, the Pixel 8 takes it a step further. With the Pixel 8, users can freely speak in any enabled language, and the device will accurately process and type out the dictation in multiple languages.
