Carrier, retailer, insurer and processor warehouses across Canada and the United States all report into the same catalogue. Two of them are our shipping hubs: everything leaves through one of those two.
Every warehouse below feeds the same live catalogue, so you pick models and quantities without worrying about where they sit.
Anything held outside Canada Warehouse 01 or USA Warehouse 01 is transferred to whichever of those two fits your destination.
Units are received at the hub and consolidated with the rest of your order.
Your order ships door-to-door from that hub: one shipment, one set of paperwork, one tracking number.

Every unit is powered on, tested, data-wiped and graded to the same published standard, whichever warehouse holds it. That means no warehouse-by-warehouse interpretation of Grade A, B, C or D, and no confusion when an order draws from several sites at once.
